Fermentation Workshop

Are you interested in making your own ferments but don't know quite where to start? We've got you covered! This interactive workshop covers everything you need to know to start making your own lacto-fermented fruits and vegetables safely at home. We will have Christiane from @garantiert_konserviert with us for an evening all about fermentation - eating fermented foods, drinking fermented drinks, and making your very own jar of fermented vegetables.

The ticket includes:

• a welcome drink plus one glass of natural wine or kombucha
• a tasting of preserved seasonal foods including many different types of ferments
• a guided interactive session with step-by-step instructions how to ferment fruits and vegetables at home (lacto fermentation)
• a selection of farm-fresh seasonal vegetables for fermenting
• your own jar and fermentation weight to take home
• ample opportunity to ask your questions about fermentation and preserving

This is a beginner friendly event - no previous experience in fermenting is required!
