On March 28th, SOUTERRAIN: GROUND FLOOR Festival peels back the calm facade of the Western European cultural landscape to reveal the chaos lurking beneath. Silken Heart Records and Sonic Centurion join forces to present a powerhouse showcase of artists plucked from the thriving DIY noise/experimental/industrial scene.
GROUND FLOOR marks a further chapter for the harsh noise focused SOUTERRAIN concert series, bringing artists from Hamburg, Leipzig, Belgium, the Netherlands and the Ruhrgebiet together for a celebration of underground Noise and Art.
The Makroscope will open its gates on March 28th, 2026 for an evening of performances from:

Am 28. März zieht das Souterrain: Ground Level Festival die ruhige Fassade der westeuropäischen Kulturlandschaft zurück und legt das darunter lauernde Chaos frei. Silken Heart Records und Sonic Centurion bündeln ihre Kräfte, um ein kraftvolles Showcase mit Künstler*innen aus der florierenden DIY-Noise-/Experimental-/Industrial-Szene zu präsentieren.
Das Ground Level Festival markiert ein weiteres Kapitel der auf Harsh Noise fokussierten SOUTERRAIN-Konzertreihe und bringt Künstler*innen aus Berlin, Leipzig, Belgien und dem Ruhrgebiet zu einer Feier von untergründigem Noise und Kunst zusammen.
