BONTEN class mit/with Beatriz

Seit ca. 2023 trainiert Beatriz regelmäßig bei BONTEN/Mirai Taiko Dojo in Japan (Tokyo). Das BONTEN Training fasziniert sie: Technik, Konditionsaufbau, Koordination, herausfordernde Drills für Kopf und Körper, tolle Rhythmen, die bis ins Herz gehen und den ganzen Körper in Bewegung bringen – und vieles mehr.

Since around 2023, Beatriz has been training regularly at BONTEN/Mirai Taiko Dojo in Japan (Tokyo). The training fascinates her: technique, building stamina, coordination, challenging drills for mind and body, powerful rhythms that go straight to the heart and get the whole body moving—and much more.
