Friday Flow provides an authentic space to dance, shake off the week, connect with yourself and if you feel to, with others on the dance floor.
We invite you to be curious and welcome the different layers of your experience. Bring whatever it is you're carrying, use movement as a tool to give your inner world expression.
You are held with grounded facilitation to invite you to come back to your body. The curated sound scape offers a broad range of exploration for movement, feelings and reflection.

Human beings are born to move. With dance we thrive – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Friday Flow is a place to practice conscious dance in the form of Open Floor.
There are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong. Selected music with clear guidance inspires wild dances and tender ones, connections between dancers and solo time.
