Join us the Second Sunday of the month at 6:30 p.m. to disconnect from the stress and noise, and reconnect with your inner peace. A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where you simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the soothing sounds and healing vibrations of the crystal quartz bowls wash over you.
What to expect:
You will be relaxing in a lazy boy chair or an anti-gravity chair for ultimate comfort.
A calm, meditative state without the effort of traditional meditation.
A release of physical and emotional tension.
The Sound Bath is held in a powerful Energy Enhancement System room. This system generates energy enhancement using scalar waves which can allow cell regeneration, improvement in immune system function, pain relief, detoxification of the body, mood elevation, balance of the left and right brain hemispheres, and an increase in energy levels.
