A deeply relaxing Restorative yoga class with very little physical exertion required as we will be using props such as bolsters and blankets to cradle your body and allow you to hold poses with ease.
Restorative yoga encourages you to slow down, take time to settle, and release your physical and mental tensions. It can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve your sleep, boost your mood and energy levels.
I strongly recommend this class for anyone who is maybe trying their very first yoga class, anyone who has limited mobility, anyone with a curvy body shape, anyone recovering from injury, anyone looking for a way to help manage chronic pain or anyone who feels a bit run down and needs to recharge!
All classes are for beginners and take place at Crescent Yoga Studio at St Anne’s Tennis Club FY8 2QH. The yoga studio is fully equipped so you don’t need to bring anything with you, unless you prefer to use your own mat and blanket etc.
Classes are £8 on Thursday evenings 7:15-8:15pm and £10 on Saturday mornings 10:00-11:30am.
