WORKSHOP TESTERS: Piped Garment

Time & Date: 10-4pm Friday 16th January

Location: Lytham Ymca Mythop Road, Lytham St Anne's, FY8 4HB

Cost: £30: Includes piping cord, handouts & Tutoring (pattern must be brought along, fabric could be from your stash or bought on the day)

Who is this suitable for: Over 16's- Confident Sewer: This course is perfect if you have dressmaking experience & want to extend your sewing skills further, we recommend you have attended either the piped cushion OR piping mini masterclass first.

What you'll Learn & Make: for this session we'd like you to choose one of your favourite dress patterns or something you've made before which is suitable to adapt with this seasons key trend 'piping', the session involves key tutor demonstrations to give the session structure & core skills are learnt! The session will cover; a host of dressmaking skills but will focus on calculating, covering & applying piping.

A great extension workshop for confident dressmakers who want to elevate their dressmaking skills.

The timings of this workshop should enable you to complete the garment within the session but each person will work at a different pace so please be aware you may have tasks to complete after the session finishes.
