Lighting up our skies with dazzling displays and family-friendly fun.
What to Expect:
🪁Giant kites & breathtaking displays — Flying high from all over the UK and beyond.
🪁 Five flying arenas — Including one outside the dog control zone,
🪁 Illuminated Kites — Friday night Fly event (29th), 12:00 – 22:00, when kites glow in the twilight sky.
#Festival Days:
• Saturday 30 August – 11:00 to 17:00
• Sunday 31 August – 11:00 to 16:00, .
• Food, fun & fair vibes
— Grab a delicious #Icecream from #vintageicecreamexperiences along the Promenade, and soak up the #sunshine this #weekend
Useful info & Facilities:
• tourist information desk,
lost-child and lost-property, first aid,& toilets (including disabled at YMCA)
• Parking: Look for event signage on South Promenade (up to 600 spaces) and explore other car parks nearby—plan ahead to avoid the bustle .
• Train access: St Annes station is just a five-minute walk through the town to the beach—easy peasy .
• Dog zones: Only certain beach areas are dog-permitted; so check the designated zones near the pier .
