Exceptional Connections September In-Person Networking Luncheon

Our September Exceptional Connections Networking Luncheon is being hosted at The Old Spaghetti Factory in Lynnwood.

We have a full schedule planned at our OSF venue!

- PLEASE plan to arrive promptly at 11:30am to check-in, place your 3-course lunch order, network, and visit Marketplace Vendors.

- If you order your lunch by 11:40am, your meal will be served as we begin our meeting at Noon.

- Our event will end at 2:00pm to allow for post event networking until 2:30pm.

Seating is limited to 30 at our new venue at The Old Spaghetti Factory in Lynnwood.

Born in Australia to German immigrants, Tina grew up with a deep love for nature and a big, blended family - her twin brother Andreas, older brother Michael, and half-sister Claudia in Berlin. Her first calling was as a chef, which took her across Europe and into studies in Switzerland. That journey led her to Africa for two unforgettable years.

Eventually, Tina returned home and found peace (and passion) in Tasmania, spending 11 years as a woodworker. But her love of human movement and healing drew her to Boulder, Colorado, where she trained as a Rolfer, then later moved to Seattle to be close to the sea—her second home.

The biggest joy of her life? Adopting her son Joaquin from Guatemala. At just 18 months, he chose Jeff, her amazing husband, to join their family—and it was the best decision he ever made.

For nearly three decades, Tina has helped people feel better in their bodies—through Rolfing, nutrition, and now through MOVE ME, a new adventure to clean up our oceans, one powerful habit change at a time.

In her upcoming 20-minute talk, Tina will delve into the topic of: “Cleaning the Oceans Without Leaving Home.”

You don't have to live near the Beach to clean the Oceans. Just clean your habits. Every time you refill a bottle, refuse a plastic straw, or choose a bar of soap over a plastic one, you are actively reducing Ocean Waste. Home is the new Frontier.

Tina will be giving you simple changes that will only take 10 minutes a day to create a Massive change… Small changes in our daily habits create long lasting effects on our health and this magnificent Planet ... for future Generations.

Clothes For Kids Clothing Donation Request

Exceptional Connections has been honored to support Clothes For Kids as our Non-Profit organization since 2015. Clothes For Kid's Mission is to transform students lives one wardrobe at a time.

Cassie Morey - Clothes For Kids Executive Director has graciously agreed to bring CFK bins to receive clothing donations to our upcoming event.

This is a great opportunity to go through your drawers and closets, and bring clothing items for ages Pre-K to High School to our event.

If you are not available to join us the following month on the 2nd Tuesday, you have 10 days from the cancelled event to notify Cyndi of the month you would like credited.
