Four Sundays to restore your body and steady your mind
Winter often invites us to slow down — yet many of us keep moving faster than our bodies can follow. That’s why I’ve created the Restorative Yoga Winter Series: four Sundays designed to bring deep rest, support and grounding.
Each session includes:
• Long-held, well-supported postures that invite deep rest
• Guided relaxation to soothe your nervous system
• Gentle, optional hands-on support
• A small, safe group (max. 8 students)
• Classes taught in English (ideal for expats)
Restorative Yoga helps your nervous system shift into its parasympathetic state — the place where digestion, recovery and true ease can happen.
