Full Moon Sound Bath: Cold Moon

The Cold Moon marks the final full moon of the year—a time for stillness, reflection, and deep rest.

Join Marci and Andrea for an evening of sound healing as we gather in warmth and quiet to honor the season’s natural pause. Through With gongs, crystal bowls, voice and guided rest, we’ll gently release what the year has carried and soften into the spaciousness of winter.

This 90-minute journey invites you to simply be—held in sound, silence, and community. Let the vibrations soothe your nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and help you return to center.

All are welcome. No experience needed. Bring a blanket, cozy layers, or anything that helps you feel comfortable.
