Memory Care Support Group: Strength, Balance, and Endurance

Are you caring for a loved one living with memory impairment? Join senior care experts from Heritage Green Assisted Living and Memory Care and other dementia care professionals for a free Memory Care Support Group. Receive practical information and get answers to your caregiving questions.

Our next meeting is Tuesday, Dec. 9, at 1 p.m., in the Assisted Living community room at Heritage Green, 201 Lillian Lane in Lynchburg.

Mark Colkitt of FOX Rehabilitation, a physical therapist and LSVT BIG® certified specialist will share practical strategies for incorporating strength, balance, and endurance into daily care routines. Learn how to:
• Support mobility and reduce the risk of falls
• Encourage safe, meaningful daily activity
• Promote independence and engagement
