Write for You: Creative Writing for Wellbeing and Enjoyment at Lymington Library

2.00pm to 4.00pm

An introduction to creative writing for personal enjoyment and wellbeing where you will learn different techniques and tools to help you relax and express yourself creatively through words.

Learning Goals:

Draw on creative writing techniques with inspiration from the world around you to support mindfulness and self-care.
Explore writing from different points of view and experiment with changing perspectives.
Write at least three short creative pieces in different forms to develop your skills.
Build confidence to start or develop your own writing.
Who is this course for: This course, funded by UK government, is for Hampshire residents aged 19+ who want to discover how to write creatively for their own enjoyment and wellbeing.
