Discover the art of observation in this one-day botanical drawing workshop with natural history artist James Winrow at Lyme Regis Museum.
Working from a rich selection of specimens - from wild and foraged plants to cultivated and domestic varieties - you’ll explore techniques for studying and drawing the intricate details of the natural world. Using charcoal and pencil as your primary mediums, you’ll also have the option to introduce colour into your work.
Perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike, this workshop offers a chance to slow down, look closely, and capture the beauty of botanical forms with expert guidance.
