Preschoolers bring big feelings and big challenges. This four-session class offers practical, realistic
tools for everyday parenting.
There will be four sessions with each session being 1.25 hours long.: 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, 3/12 6:15-7:30pm
Session 1: Managing Big Emotions
Learn practical tools to help children understand and express their feelings in healthy ways. Explore
strategies to stay calm, connect with your child, and turn emotional moments into opportunities for
growth and understanding.
Session 2: Setting Clear, Loving Limits
Discover how to set boundaries that support your child’s confidence and cooperation. This session
focuses on combining firmness with warmth to create a positive, respectful family dynamic.
Session 3: Screen Time Made Simple
Find balance in your family’s digital life. Learn research-based guidelines and easy-to-use strategies to
manage screen time, encourage meaningful tech use, and reduce daily power struggles.
4: Bedtime Routines That Work
Make bedtime peaceful and predictable. Learn how to create routines that help children wind down,
sleep better, and make evenings smoother for the whole family.
We offer a supportive, judgment-free space for parents—because you don’t have to do this alone.
