Come and start the New Year with healthy intentions. Learn about utilising the plants, that grow wild at this time of year, to aid your detoxification.
Spring is our time to get into good shape, both mentally and physically after our Winter slumber.
Join me; Jess Lucas Medical Herbalist for an informative day on detoxification & healthy habits, with advice on food & nutrition.
We start the day with a Birch Sap Ritual, offering our gratitude to Mother Earth.
The we head outside for a walk/forage in the woods & meadows, then on our return, after lunch, I will make herbal preparations from the foods & medicines that we foraged and teach you about their cleansing, nutrious & healing benefits.
Herbal teas & coffee and healthy snacks available but please bring a packed lunch.
