We start the day with a Birch Sap Ritual, offering our gratitude to Mother Earth.
The we head outside for a walk/forage in the woods & meadows, then on our return, after lunch, I will make herbal preparations from the foods & medicines that we foraged and teach you about their cleansing, nutrious & healing benefits.
Herbal teas & coffee and healthy snacks available but please bring a packed lunch.
