Segment chasing 5k

We have a great segment route in Berkeley. The total distance is around 5k with plenty of recovery breaks in between.

starting from Hamfields roundabout about the first segment is a run up to The Ham lane Junction.

After everyone has completed that leg we then do the Ham Lane to Caravan Park Bus stop.

moving on to the Caravan Park to The Co-op we stop just at the Co-op Cark park

We then do the Stock lane/ to the end of Jumpers lane.

Then moving on the who let the dogs out part up to the Sally for the more Distance runners then there is an optional The 300m Green loop while the rest of do the Sally To Hamfields lane end Segment. With a nice break before we head back to the Hamfields on the last Segment.

Then an optional Drink to refresh after at Hamfields at the end.
