The second workshop will begin with project presentations of
concepts, during which participants deliver their proposals
made in Prerov and built upon at home. Funding opportunity
workshops will expose participants to various sources of
funds, such as grants from the Visegrad Fund, EU grants, and
local government events. Participants will be taught to handle
application processes and develop enduring funding
strategies. A panel discussion with experienced project
leaders will provide insights into overcoming challenges in
project implementation. Participants will also have a hands-
on exercise in budgeting, where they will learn financial
planning for a small-scale project. The most significant
activity will be an excursion to Lviv town hall where the
participants will meet Lviv council members. They will learn
about the role of local authorities in youth projects and find
cooperation opportunities. This will be followed by networking
sessions with local politicians and NGO experts where
members can build contact with others and exchange best
practices. Lastly, presentations of the project proposal as
well as the ideas of how to finance will be made. After
mobility, the professional project team of each 3 countries
will support participants in a bid to assist them with project
proposals to be submitted for grants and then implemented.
