Experience the powerful connection between body, sound, and space in this immersive workshop. Through guided somatic movement, participants will explore the flow of energy within the body, attuned to music, vibrations and frequencies. Each session will invite an artist to collaborate. Sometimes it is a live instrument, or a visual artist. The room will come alive with dynamic wall projections, offering a multi-sensory environment that will deepen your connection to the music and your body’s natural flow. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a first-timer, this workshop is about reconnecting with your body’s innate rhythms and embracing the vibrations of the environment around you.
For this first edition Karol will enhance your sensory experience with subtile live violin and Dina will create some UV light decor.
Veraa will guide through movement and dj the session.
