In practical exercises and in a small group, you'll learn to connect the 3 layers of the pelvic floor with the muscles of the entire pelvis, back, abdomen, hips, and thighs. You'll discover how important the function of the diaphragm is for relieving the pelvic floor!
You'll also learn about the relationship between pelvic alignment and strengthening the levator ani (innermost pelvic floor layer) and how you can relieve your joints in daily life through specific postural and movement principles!
A well-trained pelvic floor has a positive effect on hip, knee, and ankle joints!
DIAPHRAGM AND BREATHING
Through a good diaphragmatic muscle tone and optimal breathing, you can relieve the abdominal organs and the pelvic floor. In this workshop, you'll learn how good posture can automatically improve breathing and thus create ideal conditions for a better circulation and supply in your body. Good breathing benefits not only your organs but also your shoulders, neck, arms, and head.
