workshop as part of LUGA 2025.
We are creating one of a kind notebooks as tools for mindfulness, observation, reflection and creativity.Combinding different techniques, such as printmaking, collage, writing, drawing and bookbinding, this workshop is centered around mindfulness and creativity. Our explorations are gathered through a notebook, with exercises, observations and mindfulness tools.
We end the workshop with a collection of unique notebooks to take home and complete.
The workshop is open to all ages.
Thursday 18.09: Families welcome, kids from 8 years with supervisors in order to create their tools and share a creative moment together.
Sunday 28.09: From 16 years onwards.
