About the event

Confident before exam - trusting yourself with the possibility of failing

This workshop is for adolescents and adults who want to overcome stress, fear, lack of trust in their abilities and competencies before exam, school/job interview, sport or other competition.

You will learn: practical tips for effective learning, relaxation techniques for calming down, visualisation of a positive outcome.

We will also work on self-worth that comes from within and not from external validation.
