This immersive workshop is designed for yoga teachers, caregivers, wellness professionals, and aging adults who want to experience and understand the benefits of yoga for lifelong well-being. We will explore how yoga can support the body, mind, and spirit as we age, fostering mobility, strength, balance, and relaxation.

Understanding the Aging Body: Learn about common concerns such as joint health, balance, mobility, and posture.
Adapting Yoga for All Abilities: Explore chair and mat-based variations to ensure accessibility and safety.
Gentle Movement for Strength & Flexibility: Practice postures that support stability, pain management, and ease of movement.
Breathwork for Vitality: Discover simple pranayama techniques to enhance energy, relaxation, and mental clarity.
Compassionate Teaching & Personal Practice: Develop confidence in practicing or guiding yoga for older adults with supportive teaching approaches.
