Calling all Page County Business Women – don’t miss this month’s Women in Business! We’re being hosted by ZoraJane Downtown Events, 14 East Main Street, Luray.
We’re being joined by Christine Kennedy to speak on Preventing Burnout while we enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by Greg, the talented chef at ZoraJane. In today’s fast-paced world, burnout is a common challenge, particularly for women who often juggle multiple roles across work, home, and community life.
During our opening session, we’ll hear from leadership and life purpose coach, Christine Kennedy, who will walk attendees through practical strategies to identify, prevent, and manage burnout effectively. Participants will gain insight into the warning signs of burnout and learn actionable tools to maintain balance and resilience. Attendees will discover how to protect their well-being, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate sustainable success without sacrificing self-care.
Lunch will include salad, quiche, brownie with Homemade ZJ Ice Cream, iced tea, and lemonade and will be $20 for Chamber Members and $25 for Potential Members. Thank you to our 2025 Women in Business Sponsor, Pioneer Bank!
