Second Sunday Sound Bath Meditation

Sound is a powerful tool that can be used to retune our bodies to their natural order and rhythm of health and wholeness both physically and mentally. The Sound Bath experience is known to bring the body and mind into a state that are associated with meditative states of stillness, where our energetic bodies have the opportunity to align to the elevated frequencies of our visions, intentions and inspired creations.

As the vibrations and harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells and other magical sounds wash over you, it can create the space for energetic alignment, cellular restoration, the release of physical and emotional stressors and help promote deep relaxation.

We invite you to join us along with other like-minded individuals, for this powerful and oh-so-yummy practice of creating health and well-being through all the aspects of your ‘Be-ing’.

Wear your comfy clothes to lounge. Bring a mat and any accessories that will help with your personal comfort.
