Katarina Söderberg serves as the Chairwoman of ALMA, a dedicated non-profit organization founded by Tetra Pak employees . ALMA's mission is:

To improve the livelihoods and futures of girls and women in developing countries through financial support—primarily by funding their access to education.

At ALMA, we believe that education is the most effective tool for empowering women to shape their own futures. Our work is grounded in strong, long-term relationships—with the girls we support, with trusted country contacts.
