Mark your calendars for our co-ed competition, Ride or Die! This is a M/F partner competition. We will have 3 divisions this year: Beginner, Intermediate and RX. (preliminary standards to be announced)

Cost per team is $120 and includes a shirt for each competitor. (register and pay by Aug. 25th to receive shirts)

Beginner - Crossfit for under 3 years (yrs subject to change if not enough teams)
Intrmediate - Usually scaled in regular class
RX - RXs most workouts in class
