Healing In The Pines Camp Meeting 2025

This campmeeting focuses on preparing people for the time of trouble. It is such a blessing to connect with like-minded believers, to worship, study and learn together. Be encouraged, and strengthen your faith and commitment.

We will focus on:

1: moving to the country

2: living during the no buy-no sell time

3: survival skills for the time we have to flee to the wilderness.

There will be training in: One-on-One Prayer and Biblical Counseling with Pastor Jeremiah Davis;gardening; natural remedies; outdoor cooking; fire starting; manual water pump; foraging; wilderness first aid; needle & thread sewing; spiritual growth skills, and wilderness shelters. The campmeeting is a great time to connect and network with other like-minded believers.

Accommodation:

• Option 1: Tent camping. Bring your own equipment and camp in the field. Outdoor restrooms and showers are available.
• Option 2: RV/Caravan. Bring your own caravan and stay onsite. There is one full hookup with 30 amp.
• Option 3: Cabin camping. Bring your own bathroom and bedding items. All cabins have A/C. and a full bathroom. No cooking in the Cabins.
• Option 4: Stay off-site or locals may register just for the program with Day Passes per day per person. AirBnB/hotel options can be found online.

Meals: One meal per day will be served- Thursday, Aug.28 Supper; Friday, Aug 29 to Sunday, Aug 31 Lunch; Monday, Sept. 1-Breakfast. Campers, Cabiners, and caravanners can cook their other meals, on their own equipment outside. Meals may be purchased @ $15 until August 14, 2025.

Campmeeting Booklet: A campmeeting booklet will be emailed to all registrants. Please print this and bring it with you. If you want a professionally printed booklet please order the quantity that you want. They are $15.

Vendors: There will be numerous vendors and ministries selling a variety of goods and books. Please come with cash. Vendors please arrange with Cox hosts to sell.

Price Other adults, including close relations have to have a separate registration. Registrations are sold per Household. Household includes immeadiate family only.

There is a an earlybird price, a regular price, and a late booking price. Booking early ensures that you get the best possible price.

Read Carefully- This Affects Your Legal Rights

In exchange for participating in Healing In The Pines Ministries Camp Meeting of August 28 – September 1, 2025 organized by Michael and Michelle Cox and use of property and facilities at 3911 Purvis to Columbia Rd. Lumberton, MS., the following agreement is made.

1. Agreement To Follow Directions. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral directions given by Michael or Michelle Cox, or representatives assigned thereof.

2. Assumption of Risk and Release. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with camping in the outdoors. I further understand that classes will be conducted in wooded areas where animals may be sited. Cooking classes will also include the use of open fire, and cooking oil. I assume any responsibility for personal injury to myself, and my family and further release and discharge Healing In The Pines Ministries for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my or my families use or presence upon the facilities whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, or other third parties. I further assume the risk of participating in all activities. I further agree not to go near or enter any body of water of said property. By participating in these activities you may be exposed to several risks, including but not limited to those mentioned below:

· Burns from campfires

· Chemical Burns

· Heatstroke/Dehydration

· Gardening Hazards

· Hazards from power/hand tools

· Trips and falls

· Camping hazards

· Sunburn

· Environmental hazards (animals, weather, predators, lightning, snakes)

· Cut hazards

3. Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and defend Healing In The Pines Ministries against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgement, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which in any way arise from my or my families use of or presence upon the facilities of Healing in The Pines ministries.

4. Fees. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of Healing in The Pines Ministries caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions by me or my family.

5. Applicable Law. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Mississippi law.

In agreeing I acknowledge that I have read all of this Wavier of Liability and Release Agreement form, understand it, and agree that I and my family will be bound by its terms. I further acknowledge that I signed this Wavier of Liability and Release Agreement voluntarily and I am at least eighteen years of age.
