More about our program:
The Forest School at The Burrow Nature Center offers a unique, immersive outdoor experience that connects children with nature and each other. Through hands-on activities, structured play, and exploration, we cultivate sensory awareness and foster emotional and cognitive development. Our program emphasizes teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills while nurturing independence and resilience. Children engage in practical outdoor skills, natural sciences, and creative arts, developing a deep appreciation for the environment. Regular attendance allows kids to connect with seasonal rhythms, build lasting friendships, and reinforce new skills. We empower children to lead their own learning, inspiring curiosity and a lifelong love for nature. Our new nonprofit organization is building upon the foundation laid over the past 5-years with the Forest School operated by All You Need Institute. We are still hosted by All You Need Institute at a beautiful property in Lumberton.
