Neurodynamics for the Therapist

Mechanosensitivity of nerves can present like tight muscles. If you keep treating the muscles and not addressing the neural component then this can be a constant problem that will infuriate you and your client. This course will teach you the pathway of and how to assess the main nerve networks of the body. How to use manual therapy and exercise to help desensitise the nervous system and getting your clients moving more easily.
