EVENT ROAD CLOSURES: 10am-6:30pm affecting High St by Buttercross to Castle Sq, Castle Street Car Park, Dinham Castle Gardens to top of Mill St. Diversion from King St to Broad St with two-way access on Bell Lane to Mill St.
