Info: Experience the transformative power of soul opening music woven through the gentle resonance of acoustic guitar. In our Healing Circle, music becomes more than sound—it becomes a bridge to your deepest self, a pathway to healing, and a sacred container for community connection.
Info: After a deep relaxation guided meditation and silent sit, we will end our day with a bedtime song and blessing. We will enjoy silence as we get ready for bed and through the remainder of the evening.
Info: As light filters through branches and dew sparkles on moss-covered paths, we will walk in quiet reverence toward a special clearing where we pause to greet the emerging day. We will notice the forest stirring to life, and arrive fully present at our chosen spot of natural beauty. Together, we'll listen to the morning chorus of birds and set gentle intentions for the day ahead.
No rushing—only the sacred practice of being fully alive to each step, each breath, and each moment of wonder as we welcome what the new day offers.
Info: Canda will lead us in a musical dialogue with the living forest. An extraordinary experience where music becomes a bridge between human hearts and the wise spirits of the trees. In this unique call and response practice, we create a living conversation with the forest itself, honoring the ancient ones who have stood as silent witnesses to countless seasons.
Info: Five Minutes of Silent Beginning: Each meal opens with five minutes of shared silence, creating a peaceful transition from activity to nourishment. In this quiet space, we settle into our bodies, breathe deeply, and prepare to receive our food with full awareness and appreciation. This practice transforms ordinary meals into extraordinary moments of connection—with our food, our bodies, our community, and the greater web of life that sustains us all. After the silent opening, conversation may naturally flow, but the mindful awareness established in those first moments continues to infuse the entire meal.
Experience how slowing down and savoring can turn simple nourishment into a celebration of abundance, interconnection, and the sacred act of caring for ourselves and each other.

Info: Ancient Ritual, Modern Healing: The fire circle awakens something deeply ancestral within us. As flames flicker and dance, casting golden light on faces gathered in community, our voices naturally harmonize with the crackling wood and night sounds of the forest. This is music in its most elemental form—raw, honest, and profoundly healing.
We share gentle, repetitive healing songs that require no musical training—only an open heart. These may include traditional chants, simple folk melodies, indigenous songs of gratitude, or spontaneous expressions that arise from the group's collective spirit. The repetitive nature allows melodies to sink deep into body and soul, creating space for release and renewal.
Info: As the day's activities draw to a close and the forest settles into its evening rhythm, we gather for a deeply restorative crystal sound bath designed to prepare body, mind, and spirit for peaceful sleep. This sacred practice uses the pure, crystalline tones of singing bowls to wash away any tension and guide you into a state of profound relaxation. Following the sound bath, you'll transition quietly to your sleeping space, carrying the healing vibrations with you. The combination of crystal frequencies and forest silence creates optimal conditions for deep, restorative sleep, allowing your body and spirit to integrate the day's experiences and prepare for tomorrow's journey of discovery.
Let the pure tones guide you into the most peaceful sleep, wrapped in the healing embrace of sound and silence.
Info: Before we step into the embrace of the woods, we pause to receive a gift of music—a heartfelt acoustic guitar solo that serves as both blessing and invitation for this morning mindful walk. This musical send-off creates a bridge between our human gathering and the forest. Each note becomes a gentle guide, pointing us toward presence and wonder.

Info: As our forest retreat draws to a close, we gather to create something beautiful together—a community mandala earth art piece that honors our shared experience and the gifts the forest has offered us. This collaborative creation becomes a living symbol of our connection to each other and the natural world that has held us in its embrace. Together we will share a responsive reading celebrating our place in the web of life. This powerful litany reminds us that we belong to the earth, to each other, and to the great mystery that connects all beings. Voices join in affirmation of our interconnectedness and our commitment to carrying this sense of belonging into our daily lives.
