Bring & Scan - Researching Heptonstall

'Bring and scan’ - the Researching Heptonstall group have been busy tracing the history of our fascinating village, building up a library of useful resources so we can map how Heptonstall has changed over time.

If you have any interesting photographs, maps, house deeds, pamphlets, personal research or documents, bring them along to the Bowling Club between 11am and 1pm on Saturday 20th September.

We will have scanners on hand so that, with your permission, we can add them to our information bank. If you have an interesting tale to tell, come along and tell us about it. We’re here for anyone interested in finding out more about their family, house, or any aspect of our village’s rich past. All are welcome.
