• All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for another date or event.

Event Postponement

• If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions), your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No additional charges will apply.

Event Cancellation

• In the unlikely event of a complete cancellation, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Change in Artist Line-Up or Program

• Line-up and schedule are subject to change without prior notice. Such changes will not be considered grounds for refunds.
