We request all our attendees to kindly read the following refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchasing tickets for Garba-e-Awadh 2025.
✅ 1. No Refund on Tickets
All tickets purchased for Garba-e-Awadh are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Personal reasons (change of plans, illness, etc.)
Inability to attend the event
Weather-related conditions
🔁 2. Ticket Transfer Policy
Tickets once issued cannot be transferred to another person or date.
Entry will be granted only to the person whose name and contact details match the booking records.
⚠️ 3. Event Postponement or Cancellation
In the rare event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer (Triveni Manufactures and Traders), the ticket amount will be refunded or adjusted against a future date/event, as per the organizer’s discretion.
Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7–10 business days from the official announcement.
