Wayne has served in the ministry for over 36 years. For 20 years, he served full-time as a Pastor, Evangelist, and Motivational Speaker. Sharing his story of grace, deliverance, and the abundant life that’s found in Christ.
For the previous 18 years, Wayne has developed and birthed Aaron & Associates LLC. He now continues to serve as the CEO, leading the firm to serve well over 10,000 households, and it's still growing, in addition to revival meetings. He teaches leadership and financial seminars, helping individuals to develop financial freedom, prepare for retirement, and leave a lasting legacy. He considers his most significant accomplishments as a husband to his wife, Tina, for 32 years, father of two daughters, and now grandfather of 6 boys.
