Regular yoga classes in English

Yoga class taught solely in English.
It consists of two main parts where the first one is building up to a semi-dynamic flow and is followed by a slower part with focus on stretching and relaxation.

The class is targeted at English speakers but non-English speakers are welcome to join as well 🙏🏼

PARTICIPANTS TO CHOOSE TIME

2. Classes will be held on whichever time suits the most.

3. Preliminary subscription is due before October the 13th.

4. Within a few days you will receive an email with confirmation. Only then will you be asked for your final desicion.
​
5. Regular classes start in the middle of October when the group is formed.
