We hope you will join us for a lunchtime pop-up Pilates class with Michelle.
Pilates is a low impact, full body muscle strengthening workout that improves muscle tone, flexibility, mobility and posture.
This class incorporates light weights and resistance bands as you perform small, repetitive movements to tone and strengthen. Deep stretching exercises are paired perfectly to increase flexibility and lengthen muscles.
Pilates is great for all fitness levels.
This class is FREE for all Gym Culture Members.
Non-Members are encouraged to join us for a $10 single class drop-in.
Registration IS required as space is limited.
***How to register***
Gym Culture Members and those with an APP profile can register in the APP.
Non-Members:
1) click the link below to create your profile:

2) Once your profile is created, download the Gym Culture APP and log in with that username and password.
3) Click on the classes tab and scroll to January 9th to sign up!
