Spice up your night with Spain's most popular one-pan meal! In this hands-on class, you will master the essential techniques for creating authentic paella. Learn how to prepare a flavorful sofrito base, perfectly cook the iconic bomba rice, and infuse your dish with the vibrant color and scent of saffron.

To complete the experience, we’ll prepare a luscious tres leches cake with fresh fruit—a sweet finale inspired by Spain’s love for creamy, festive desserts.
