Community Dance

Don't know what contra is? Check out our past videos. It may look hard, but the videos don't show the 10 minutes we spend teaching each dance before the music comes on. My guess is 75% of teens and adults can contra dance. Since the first lesson is free what do you have to lose - except an enjoyable evening.

If you are new to contra, show up at 6:30 for a 30 minute lesson on our basic moves. The dance will start at 7:00 (Don't worry, the 30 minutes lesson is sufficient for anyone to get started.)

No partner needed.
Wear comfortable shoes - no heels.
First lesson is free.
$5 adults & $3 w/college ID
