The TTUHSC Garrison Institute on Aging is proud to announce our 6th Annual Alzheimer's Awareness Month Symposium on Saturday, November 1 2025, at the TTUHSC Academic Event Center.
This year's symposium will feature an inspiring keynote presentation from Dr. Guillermina R. Solis of the University of Texas at El Paso Nursing. There will also be an expert panel discussion, local vendor resources, and opportunities for caregivers and community members to connect.
Whether you are caring for a loved one or seeking answers about dementia, the symposium will provide valuable insights, practical tools, and a sense of community.
Sign-in will begin at 8:30 a.m., the symposium will run from 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., and continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. This event is FREE and open to the public, but seating is limited, so make sure to register by Tuesday, October 28, 2025.
Together we can raise awareness, share knowledge, and make a lasting difference in the lives of those affected by Alzheimer's and other Dementias.
