Sourdough Skills Update!

As we get into baking season, it's time for a sourdough skills refresher class! We have heard your cries and know you've had time to practise and now we are here to answer your questions!

Whether you have taken a break from bread baking or are just having no luck making your bread at home or want to learn some more tips and tricks for a beautiful loaf, this class is for you.

This will be a discussion-based class for our previous class participants, where your questions will guide the lessons. We will provide another starter (just in case you need a new one), discuss inclusions, and discard recipes for the holidays.
