Ice Glow Equine Experience

Hey guys, My wife partnered with @arkfarmsofficial (IG account) put together an awesome experience that involves horses, meditation (grounding), ice baths and functional training. She turned it into an event called Ice Glow. It will be taking place on Jan. 30th. Would love to give more details if you'd like to learn more.

She's a very established wellness figure in Medellin (Co), where we are originally from, but we come to west palm pretty often b/c we are partners at Ark farms here in Loxahatchee.
