Your journey starts with a gentle, heart-opening yoga practice suitable for all levels, allowing your body to awaken and your mind to settle into stillness. After class, enjoy a delicious, wholesome yogurt parfait layered with fresh fruits and toppings — a nourishing treat for your body and spirit.

We close with a deeply restorative Sound Bath Savasana, where resonant tones from crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments wash over you, melting away tension and leaving you grounded, clear, and uplifted.
