Conscious Dance with Janni

I am creating a space to freeform dance – or ‘conscious dance’, where you can nourish your mind, body and spirit through mindful movement.

I’m offering 10 spots (first in) for anyone to come along for free in return for giving some feedback and agreeing to being in some non-intrusive photos to help us plan future events. Details will be provided via email in the next few days.

In this practice, we open and close with gentle, easy movements. You then explore and find your dance flow as we progress into the peak and beyond. The whole experience is yours to create in whatever way, shape or form that feels best for you. It may be fast or slow, wild or contained or alone or with others. You will move and dance to a range of music and there will be minimal guidance from me, as the facilitator.

Dance helps to energise and invigorate us. It has incredible health benefits which will become evident as you get comfortable and curious, build confidence and open your heart and mind to possibility.

If I can't offer a spot on this occasion, I will let you know when our ongoing events commence.
