𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗥𝗢 — 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛
Breathwork is an ancient, evidence-informed practice used to support healing, regulation, and expansion by bridging the nervous system, body, and mind.
Through conscious, circular breathing, altered states of awareness naturally arise. These states allow stored stress, emotion, and somatic tension to move through and release — without force.
Breathe Bro works directly with:
• Nervous system regulation
• Somatic intelligence
• Emotional processing
• Mental clarity and presence
As the breath deepens, the body’s own chemistry shifts. Breathwork influences brainwaves, cerebrospinal fluid, and the body’s innate capacity to reset.
Gamma brainwaves — associated with deep meditation, heightened awareness, and peak cognitive function — may be activated.
Some research suggests correlations between breathwork, gamma states, and the body’s natural production of endogenous DMT (often referred to as the “spirit molecule”). While experiences vary, many men report effects similar to deep meditation, emotional release, insight, and renewed clarity — without the use of substances.
Each journey is unique and meets you exactly where you are.

Tara Goddard, from Wainuiomata, Wellington, New Zealand, she is a Sacred Ceremonialist, facilitator, and teacher, bridging esoterics and science together through spirit-led guidance, informed through lived, embodied experience.
She is the founder of Esoteric Medicine Pathways and Breathe Bro, creating grounded sacred spaces that support mental health, emotional resilience, and holistic wellbeing.
Tara’s breathwork lineage comes through HineHau BreathWav, an IPHM-accredited modality founded by Shannon Rose. BreathWav uses circular connected breath through an open mouth to activate the body’s natural, inbuilt healing intelligence.
This approach does not force cathartic release; instead, it honours the wisdom of the body by gently riding the waves of what naturally arises. Each session is intuitively crafted as Tara attunes to the group’s magnetic field, shaping the ceremony in response to the collective energy in the space.
With many years of experience across multiple modalities including Breathwork, Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT Level 2), Sound Therapy, Energy Healing, Intuitive Readings, Plant Medicine, and Coaching & Mentoring Tara holds grounded yet multidimensional spaces that support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deep reconnection to self.
Tara’s work is trauma-aware and community-centred, supporting individuals navigating stress, burnout, grief, and mental health challenges. Through breath, presence, and embodied practice, she offers pathways that foster resilience, connection, and self-trust. Her facilitation gently reminds people that they are not broken they have always been the healer, and the medicine they seek already lives within them.
Tara is devoted to guiding people to bridge their inner knowing into embodied, everyday life, empowering them to reclaim their wellbeing, sovereignty, and sense of belonging to themselves, to each other, and to the world around them.
