ConnectionsPlus Healthcare + Hospice is proud to partner with the YMCA of the Alleghany Highlands to launch a brand-new program: Healthy Connections!

🧠💜 What is Healthy Connections?
A welcoming, supportive space for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. Enjoy engaging activities, connection, community, and support.

📅 When:
1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month from 11 AM - 12 PM

📍 Where:
YMCA of the Alleghany Highlands

💲 Cost:
Free for YMCA members
$5 for non-members
Caregivers always attend FREE
