7:45–9:00 A dynamic somatic morning pilates & stretching practice to energize your body, unlock tension and cultivate fluid, mindful movement for the day
9:00–10:15 Manor breakfast
11:30–13:00 Lecture: How to selfcare in stress: Strong body-mind connection and somatic movement for better recovery and resilience
13:00–14:30 Manor vegetarian lunch
14:30–17:15 Free time to relax, write, read, or enjoy the outdoors
17:15–19:00 Evening somatic yoga, explore also mantra and breath. A short chance for Q&A.
19:00–20:30 Manor dinner
20:30–22:00 Manor sauna and hot tub
