Ali's Bio: Ali fuses classical training with percussive fingerstyle guitar, loop-pedal wizardry, and raw, soul-stirring vocals—drawing comparisons to Rodrigo y Gabriela and KT Tunstall. Her dynamic performances have wowed audiences from Mexico to the UK, earning praise from industry legends, including Brandi Carlile, who said: “She’s ten times the musician we are!”
🎶 Collaborations & Original Work
Ali has collaborated with iconic artists including Gabriela Quintero, Vicki Genfan, and The Voice UK finalist Sally Barker on her upcoming album "Monumental Journey", mixed by GRAMMY-winning producer Niko Bolas (Neil Young, Brandi Carlile). Her second EP "Lumbini '20" was recorded at Rodrigo y Gabriela’s private studio.

Ali holds a Bachelor of Music in Classical Guitar with Honours and a Postgraduate Diploma in Music Education from the University of Edinburgh. She is the founder of Edinburgh Guitar Night, a concert series that has hosted world-class guitarists from over 10 countries, and continues to grow as a premier platform for guitar-focused live performance.
