Yoga in the Gardens

Join yoga teacher Amanda Weiss September 20th at 9 am for a 60 minute yoga session that will move your body, calm your mind, and leave you feeling more relaxed than you thought possible. This is a wonderful way to transition from your busy week to a restorative and peaceful weekend. All are welcome (no yoga experience necessary) and modifications will be offered to increase/decrease intensity.

Your $5 ticket includes admission to u-pick flowers, pay what you can in-person for the yoga portion of your morning!
